Habit: Grows 8-13 feet high; vigorous
Hardiness: Cold hardy to Zone 6b

 

This early Noisette cultivar was first bred in France by Robert and Moreau in 1858 with the name Cornélie. It was later found in Vichy, France and introduced by the French rose breeder Leveque in 1897 under a new name, Belle Vichysoise.
